The Need For Us To Truly "Redeem" The Time We Have Left

by Glenn H. Jackson

Words of Prophecy

*       In this hour, it is most important for every one of My children to be found "redeeming their time" in the diligent pursuit of a "burning" [active] revelation of My Will for their life and ministry. It is certain that I have been preparing a remnant Church for that which does not presently exist in the physical realm [the new wineskin]. Because of these things, the reception of revelation knowledge becomes the key concerning one's understanding of My true plans and purposes for them in these days [both individually and corporately]. Now is the time when I shall "unveil" those whose hearts are wholly given to My highest purposes and, truly I say to you, they shall shine brightly right to the end of the age [Ephesians 5:15-17] - "glorious beacons" to a lost and dying world.

...."Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise [sensible, intelligent people], Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is".... Ephesians 5:15-17 The Amplified Translation

...."Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man".... Colossians 4:5-6 KJV

...."THE LORD is my Light and my Salvation  - whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though a host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, [even then] in this will I be confident. One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek, inquire for, and [insistently] require: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, to behold and gaze upon the beauty [the sweet attractiveness and the delightful loveliness] of the Lord and to meditate, consider, and inquire in His temple [Ps. 16:11; 18:6; 65:4; Luke 2:37]".... Psalms 27:1-4 The Amplified Translation

In these days I have great peace but, at the same time, I perceive that there is much more at stake [on a daily basis] than we could possibly even comprehend. We must not "allow" ANY fear to influence our heart [or our thinking] any longer [2 Timothy 1:7; 1 John 4:18; ] and, in positioning ourselves to walk in a holy reverence for the Father's highest and most holy purpose it is certain that shall gain a deep and abiding revelation of the need for us to truly "redeem" [make the most of] the time we have left. Regardless of what any of us have gone through in past years as we were learning [we are still learning] how to make the "full transition" from a total dependence upon ourselves to a total trust and dependence upon the Father and His Word, we can have the "deep assurance" that whatever we have gone through has been perfectly orchestrated by our loving Father. All those who have made a "quality decision" [a decision from which there is NO turning back] to walk by faith [love] have a deep and abiding assurance [in their heart] that everything IS "right on schedule" concerning the fullness of their precious destiny in Christ. There is coming soon a day, EVEN NOW, in which we will look back [in the light that the Holy Spirit provides] at the times of our "wilderness experiences" [and the many "storms" and trials that were found there] and begin to rejoice "fully" in the perfect preparation and work that the Father has done in us. Let us be found rejoicing NOW in these days - KNOWING that ALL things are "unfolding" in ways so perfect [and far reaching] that our minds couldn't even handle it if we had any more than a "glimpse" into the whole plan of the Father for us in this final hour [both individually and corporately]!
